FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

As much as I look forward to the hot days of summer ending, I just can't believe that Fall is around the corner and that Preschool has started. Hayden is in Pre-K this year. He loves his teachers already and thinks his "Kindergarten" style classroom is so cool. He amazes us everyday with his intense interest in learning. I know this will be an exciting year for him. Logan is starting his young 3's class. It seems like just yesterday he went to preschool for the first time and now he is in his second year. Almost 3, Logan is really growing into his own. He is charming, super fun and LOUD! I know he will really blossom this year. The first morning of school started like any other day. Breakfast followed by dress-up. Lately King Hayden and Pirate Logan rule the house! Then it was time to get dressed for school. They were both very excited.

DADDY'S HOME

My ears will never get tired of hearing the screams "Daddy's Home!" And when I am older looking back I will always remember how these little faces looked with such joy and emotion at Tom's return. This past Saturday, Tom returned from a week in Argentina just in time to get everyone up, eat breakfast and hit the park. Lucky for us, a tropical storm was nearing Atlanta and we had beautiful weather all weekend in the 70's. A gift we rarely have here in August. Welcome Home Tom!
